About A&B Creating
A&B Creating is a non-profit creative community centre founded by two friends (Ada & Barbara) who enjoy creating unique and beautiful objects from natural and rescued materials.
Barbara
Barbara Argyropoulou-Brinkman is a physical therapist, but at A&B she is usually creating ceramics, jewelry and embroidery as well as organizing workshops and activities. Her inspiration comes from nature and small everyday treasures. She likes giving a second life to things found and rescued. In her creations, full of wonder, she re-invents their inherent beauty.
Ada
Ada Plouvier-Kopitopoulou studied at the Rietveld Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Amsterdam. Her innate tendency towards art, together with her passion for colour and composition, find their expression in the objects she creates. Love for the planet makes her use mostly scraps and secondhand pieces of fabric. The design process is intuitive. Attracted by a piece of fabric she allows the design to slowly grow.

Location
The pleasant house on Chrysikou street 37 is shaded by a huge avocado tree. It had been uninhabited for several years when Ada and Barbara decided to take action on their long held dreams to start a Creative Center.
